• Clients (our direct users/customers), and
• Client Users (individuals who interact with our Clients through our platform).

A. Information We Collect From Clients

• Full name and contact details (such as email address)
• Company or organization name (if applicable)
• Uploaded or shared documents, media, and other files
• Chat data and communications through our Services

B. Information We Collect From Client Users

• Chat data, including messages and interaction history
• Names or identifiers provided or saved by the Client
• Contact information such as phone numbers (if provided or stored by Client)

We use the collected data to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• Support internal analytics and performance optimization
• Enable communication features between Clients and their users
• Troubleshoot, secure, and enhance the user experience

We do not sell or rent any user data to third parties.

We work with trusted third-party providers to operate and maintain our platform, including:

• Supabase – database and authentication infrastructure
• Vercel – application hosting and deployment
• Groq – AI model integration and processing
• OpenAI – AI model integration and processing
• Pinecone – vector database and semantic search

These providers may process limited data on our behalf strictly under confidentiality and data protection agreements.

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no system is completely secure, and you acknowledge that transmission of data via the internet carries inherent risks.

We retain collected information only as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and not to misuse, copy, or reverse-engineer our systems.

You are responsible for any data you upload, including obtaining consent from third parties whose information you share.

All rights, title, and interest in the Buzzed Technologies platform, including trademarks, software, and documentation, remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzed Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

We may update or modify these Terms and Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
